How To Make Fried Tofu Sticks

 

Materials :

1. Ingredients :

·        1 block of firm or extra-firm tofu

·        2 tbsp chili sauce or sweet chili sauce

·        1 tbsp soya sauce

·        2 tbsp corn starch

·        1 cup fresh breadcrumbs

·        Salt and pepper to taste

                                                                                                

2. For dipping sauce :

·        3 tbsp honey

·        1 tbsp Dijon mustard

·        1 tsp soya sauce

·        Salt and pepper to taste

Steps :

1. First, Cut the tofu into finger-size strips
2. Second, Mix the soya sauce and chili sauce together
3. Third, Mix together the breadcrumbs and cornstarch
4. Then, Roll the tofu strips in the mixture
5. Next, Fill a deep frying pan or wok with oil
6. After that, Make the dipping sauce 
7. Finally, Serve the slightly cooled tofu sticks immediately
